Overview

The Bad Boy ZT Elite 54″ Zero-Turn Mower has been the benchmark for value, durability, and performance in the residential zero-turn market for over a decade. As Bad Boy’s best-selling mower, the ZT Elite is engineered for demanding homeowners who want commercial-inspired strength, smooth handling, and a professional-quality cut—without paying commercial mower prices.

Powered by a dependable 726cc Kohler Pro V-Twin engine, the ZT Elite 54″ delivers strong, consistent performance for medium to large properties. Its rugged 2″ x 2″ all-steel frame provides a solid foundation, while industry-leading ⅜″ steel front forks and a solid steel, formed and welded cutting deck ensure long-term durability.

The 7-gauge fabricated steel deck with reinforced edges and a high-airflow baffling system maximizes grass lift for a cleaner, more even cut. A lower center of gravity improves traction and stability, especially on uneven terrain.

Operator comfort is built in with a cushioned comfort seat featuring padded armrests, steering dampening for smoother, more precise control, and a foot-assist deck lift with dial-style height adjustment for fast, repeatable cutting height changes. Class-leading 6.5-gallon fuel capacity, deep storage compartments, and a convenient cup holder make long mowing sessions easier and more enjoyable.
